Story
With over 30 years of experience as a professional chef, food has always been at the heart of my work. What began in the kitchen evolved into a deeper curiosity about how food affects the body, energy, and long-term well-being.
Over the years, I expanded my expertise by training as a nutrition advisor, and within complementary and alternative health practices. This unique combination of culinary experience and health education allows me to bridge the gap between real food and real-life health.
My approach is practical, flexible, and food-first. I believe in working with the body, not against it, supporting natural satiety, balance, and sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets.
Today, my work is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning. I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with food in a way that feels empowering, enjoyable, and sustainable — and I’m proud to share that journey with you.
